– Standard shipping takes 3-5 days. Your product reaches you after 3-5 days depending on your location.

– We do not provide returns and exchanges on our products. So please place your order after checking all details carefully.
– We do not support refunds and exchanges.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
– SupaGrab owns the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information, etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is canceled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
– User can cancel any order on the SupaGrab website within 24 hours of the order placed. You cannot cancel the orders once it has been shipped.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT?
– We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at info@westhave.com and we will take care of the rest.
