I have metal allergies, can I wear your Jewelry?

We recommend that anyone with metal allergies or skin sensitivities to mixed metals doesn’t wear our Jewelry. For more information, please contact us.

How do I look after my Jewelry?

To avoid tarnishing, please keep your Jewelry away from water, body lotions, creams, sunscreen, and perfume. We advise that you don’t wear artificial jewelry while sleeping or in the shower/swimming pool. Do not store your artificial jewelry in humid places. Keep your jewelry in separate bags or boxes, do not store your jewelry pieces together.

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment from all major credit cards, debit cards and wallets.

Can I cancel/return my order?

We are not accepting returns and cancellations for the moment, as it incurs lots of additional charges like payment processing fees, cancellation fees and shipping and return costs. So please thoroughly check the item before making any payments.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we are delivering the products within India only. Though we are covering all major cities of India.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time within India is approximately 3-5 business days. Express shipping option is available at additional cost for urgent orders. Please contact our support.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification.

I entered the wrong delivery address at the check out?

Please contact our support within 24 hours from the time you checked out on our website. We will make delivery address changes if the shipment did not leave our facility. If the shipment has already been processed and left our delivery location, we will not be able to make any delivery address changes and we shall not be responsible for sending your order to the wrong shipping address you provided and neither the cost of the product nor shipping cost will be refunded.

What do I do if my order haven’t arrived?

You generally receive orders with 3-5 days. If you have not received your product even after the specified time, please cont our Support and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?

Every effort will be made to protect goods during transit. In the event that the goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Please provide some pictures as proof that the items arrived damaged in the mail within 48 hours of delivery. The solution will be provided based on the condition of the damaged products received.

That’s unusual. But in case of anything is missing, you may contact our Support and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
